Refund policy

This refund policy applies to paid DocMaker subscriptions sold by Nordic Tender ApS through our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle").
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your DocMaker subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or of a subsequent renewal. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
How to request a refund
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all DocMaker orders, refunds are processed by Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at billing@docmaker.org and we will help you start the refund with Paddle.
Refunds are also subject to Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period. Upgrades and downgrades during a billing period are pro-rated automatically.
